Qeeqさんで予約した車のクラス以下の車を配車されてしまった。また借りる際、カウンターのスタッフさんからは車種のアップグレードを有料でオファーもあり、カウンターのスタッフさんの認識不足なのか、分かりませんが、代理店さんで予約した商品とは異なるグレードをレンタルしたことは残念でした。

I reserved a Corolla, but no vehicle was available. They asked for an upgrade fee, but after a lot of hassle, they offered a small car that couldn't fit luggage. After refusing it, I waited for 30 minutes and got a Hyundai Elantra that was about 60% new. So, the service is just average.

“Old rental and poor service”

The car had 39,000 miles and looked it. The wiper blades needed to be replaced and we ran out of windshield wiper fluid on day 2. The check-in took very long considering we didn't have to wait to be served by an agent.
