The agent at the counter was slow. She was slow with the person picking up before us as well.

We have had many cars from Avis and find them excellent but this rental was below expectations.
The car was reliable during our use of it.

When returning the car, I placed the keys under the windshield, but the staff couldn't find them and sent me a $150 bill. How could they not see the keys in such an obvious spot? Unbelievable!
