Left my phone in the vehicle. Staff brought it to me post haste before I realized I forgot got it.

Can’t beat it !!

Arrived around 7:00PM on a Saturday. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful, but kept getting distracted by phone calls because he was the only one at the counter. When we finished our check-in, he ran all the way through the lot to pull our car up. I could tell that he felt badly that it took so long - not his fault. Excellent service on his part.

Worked as expected.

The staff was terrible. Only two people and their focus was on the phone, not the people in front of them.

You need to let people know that there are conditions for the rental of cars. Routes does not allow locals to rent cars from that location. Had to prove that the driver flew in using their flight reservation. Had I been a local this would have been a BIG problem.

The car I received was fantastic - new, clean, comfortable, well equipped and in great condition. Exactly what was required and at a fantastic rate.

Very easy to book, clear and simple.

It is totally unacceptable and unreasonable to have people first be taken by the "rental car" bus to all other car rentals and then be told to take another shuttle to get to Routes. The time involved is excessive and you are not informed about this before hand. I had to wait in line at the other counters to be told to go outside and take another shuttle van to your location.
