Fortunately, we insisted that they come with us, and it took visits to two gas stations to find oil. Speaking English didn't work well in the German-speaking region. When picking up the car, the staff was quite impatient because he needed to leave at 3 PM to pick up his daughter. Moreover, the platform indicated that the car rental would cost over 300 euros, but the rental company actually charged 647 euros. Additionally, the 1500 RMB already paid on the platform could not be deducted from the bill, making it difficult to get reimbursed later. After calling customer service, they couldn't provide a clear explanation. To avoid affecting the visit, we had no choice but to rent the car, thereby bearing the cost ourselves. Furthermore, extending the rental via the app was not possible; it had to be done in person at the store, which was very inconvenient. As a result, we had to rush back to Munich overnight to return the car.
