The service was good, although the queue was quite long at times. The car I initially got had a tire pressure issue, but the store quickly replaced it after I drove back the next day.
The staff from AVIS was rude when I rented the car. My contract included a GPS, but they didn’t provide it proactively. They also gave me a car with some minor issues. Thankfully, as an experienced renter, I could handle it. However, newcomers might not receive good service.
After receiving the documents, they didn't assist immediately. The staff left the counter and returned only after about half an hour. They didn't provide a large car as per the rental agreement, instead gave a midsize SUV. After negotiating and finding another window, they finally agreed to change it. The entire pickup process took about four hours!
The wait time for picking up the car was quite long. The staff kept persuading us to upgrade the vehicle, and the pricing was not very transparent. The return process, however, was fairly simple and smooth.
