I rented a seven-seater car, but when I arrived at the rental company, I was told they only had five-seater cars available. They forced me to switch cars without refunding the price difference, and I had to rely on the intermediary platform to get back part of the cost. Do not rent from this company under any circumstances.
Couldn't pick up the car. Amex card couldn't be used, and the chip UnionPay card also didn't work. Couldn't negotiate with the store and couldn't cancel the rental order. Wasted time and money. Really frustrating.
Dishonest service. They charge you extra for everything if you're too honest. Border crossing fees, mandatory insurance, various tricks.
