Overall, I am satisfied. They didn't push extra insurance. Initially booked a GPS, but later rented a WiFi device in China and downloaded Google Maps in advance, so I didn't need the GPS anymore. They refunded it directly when picking up the car. Returning the car was also very quick!
Dissatisfied
1) Waited for a long time at the store, at least an hour of queuing and waiting to get the car (due to insufficient staff on site as I was told); almost late for my meeting.
2) Originally booked a Ford FOCUS for 324 RMB per day, but was told no similar cars were available; the closest was a DODGE at 110 USD per day, which is a huge difference. What’s the point of allowing customers to select models during booking if this is how orders are managed?
The previous company was a disaster; this one is okay.
