When returning the car, I left my handbag on the driver's seat and forgot to take it with me. Multiple phone calls yielded no results. Later, we sought help from another company's staff who managed to retrieve it for us. However, $900 in cash from the bag was missing (other documents and cards were still there). After the cash went missing, I contacted the Boston Alamo airport manager Tim who promised to look into the surveillance footage but never got back to us on time. Calls to the manager also went unanswered. What kind of terrible attitude is this?
