About SURPRICE RENT A CAR:7.3/10
Finding the location was difficult via GPS. The google map link was inaccurate. Secondly, we waited 1.5 hours in line to even get to the counter where an unpleasant person helped us with the rental. It was just an awful experience and I will certainly think again if Surprice is offered.
Also, I think I was the victim of bait and switch. I reserved a fiat 500L many months ago at a very low price but low behold, a month prior to my rental, I got an email saying that they couldn't offer me that car or honor that price for the same size car. The only car they would honor that price for would be a fiat 500 which is much too small for three men and luggage. I was forced to cancel the reservation and naturally the only offers at that time were much more expensive.
The wait to pick up the car was extremely long for how few people were in line. It took on average 20-30 minutes for each party to fill out their paperwork and get their car. Surprice was extremely inefficient and slow and understaffed. As a result, we lost 2 hours of precious travel time
La mauvaise surprise à l'annonce du montant de la caution prélevée sur le compte bancaire : 2490 € !!! Alors que le plafond international de prélèvement d'une carte visa est de 2400€;;;cherchez l'erreur!
Au comptoir un dimanche midi face à une personne qui refuse de parler un minimum anglais et qui vous propose comme seule solution le paiement de leur assurance magique qui permet de baisser considérablement le prix de la caution à 400€.
Le prix de départ de 44,90 € imbattable s'est transformé à 190€ ce qui pour le coup faisait cher pour les prestations offertes (obligation de prendre une navette pour prendre la voiture)!!
Le budget vacances s'est vu fortement réduit!
