I have never had a problem with Easyrentcars, they've always had excellent service.

The directions for pick up in the email were not accurate. Could not get ahold of the car rental company to coordinate a drop off since my flight was before they open

**STAY AWAY** They will force you to purchase their own insurance stating your personal insurance doesn’t have the required coverage (they require $300,000 coverage for property damage)!! Luis’ attitude is HORRIBLE!

Waiting for too long to get a car, when I was driving on the road about 30 minutes I got a flat tire after arriving to my hotel . I called the counter service or someone denied helping me out, service business is very poor, occupation is unprofessional . Service staff should inspect the entire car carefully before handing out the car to customers. P.S ,. There was a nail in the tire

DO NOT BOOK HERE. This was a terrible experience - we arrived at the pick up several hours late due to a flight delay. The shuttle dropped us off at a very frightening, dark parking lot with a locked, dark trailer which no one was inhabiting. We tried the three phone numbers provided by One Switch and received no answers on ANY numbers (this was 9pm, and business hours on the website stated they were open until 11pm). As a young woman alone, with large luggage, I was frightened and without a place to go or car. I finally made it back to the airport and had to rebook a car completely with a different company. I hope EasyRentCars will discontinue working with this company as this is unsafe and extremely unprofessional.
