It was quite convenient. I booked on QEEQ, brought the rental contract, two driver's licenses, and passports, and the process was very quick. Self-pickup and drop-off at Pittsburgh airport were straightforward. The staff at Alamo were friendly and didn't push any additional insurance or upgrades, and they provided an English version of the GPS. When returning the car in the morning, someone came to take the car at 5:40 AM. We handed over the keys and GPS, they checked the car for any issues, and then we were off to catch our flight. If we need a car in the future, we will book Alamo on QEEQ again.
Nice counter staff. When picking up Car, first staff member was abrupt, unhelpful and impatient despite me being the only person there to collect a car.
I sought out another staff member and she was polite, cheerful and extremely helpful. Well done to her.
