It wasn’t expressed prior to pickup that my personal car insurance wouldn’t cover the rental car if the personal car was older then 2016. And that in Florida it is required to purchase speedy pass for tolls, even though I had a personal one. Which caused the car to be more then expected.

I bought my insurance anticipated and was sure that it covered collision and theft, but they make me buy their insurance almost Us30.00 daily plus, minivan wasn’t in good shape inside either exterior, old model. Had a hard time finding the right place.

Waiting for too long to get a car, when I was driving on the road about 30 minutes I got a flat tire after arriving to my hotel . I called the counter service or someone denied helping me out, service business is very poor, occupation is unprofessional . Service staff should inspect the entire car carefully before handing out the car to customers. P.S ,. There was a nail in the tire

“Felt like a scam, wouldn't rent us the car we reserved because they wanted some excessive documenta”

Looked like a scam, one guy sitting in a remote trailer with ZERO interest in renting cars to people. Turned us and another family away because they wanted my full auto insurance policy in writing, even though I had a valid insurance card. We were stranded, had to walk, and call an Uber to a legit rental car place. Avoid this place at all costs.
