Waited at the airport for the rental company’s shuttle to the rental location for an hour. Other companies had over 10 shuttles, but this company had none. Upon arrival, they told me my reservation was canceled because I arrived late, and I was forced to upgrade to a more expensive car, costing an extra $500. Googled reviews for this company, and they are all negative, mostly complaining about forced upgrades for late arrivals.

Foco, the rental car company, did not find my reservation, and did not accept the voucher and other documents that I showed them.
They insisted that I have to make a new reservation, on a walk-in price, which was more than double of the Qeeq order.
Also, no one there spoke English, so we had to communicate via ggl translate, which made it harder.
On returning the car, Foco claimed that I need to pay 250Rs for cleaning the car. I had the car for a month, in an area with many bad roads. after some arguing, they waived it, and I was free to go.

After Foco did not find the reservation, I called Qeeq customer support who verified that my reservation is ok. They tried to talk with the Foco office, and then with the head office, and finally, after almost 3 hours (!) I got the car
