Car not ready at pickup

The car seemed to have an electrical fault of sorts - we were worried it would break down a few times! The vehicle was relatively clean but there were lots of window smudges on the inside and out, and there wasn’t much washer liquid left to clean them. They seem to add on a lot of additional charges at the counter which aren’t particularly well advertised when you book it. We ended up spending as much at the front desk as we paid to originally hire the car so it ended up being twice as expensive as we thought it would be.

Quick and easy customer services

They were excellent to deal with. And provided great quality cars

The platform was easy to use for booking the car

Didn’t like being asked to upgrade for more money on a car we didn’t need, trying to up sell on pick up

Dislike: New car shipping sticker still on the windshield

Like: Great selection of vehicles and good value.
Dislike: First rep tried to upsell an upgrade and goes onto insisting on a Chinese driver's license even though I had a voucher clearly stating that a US or Canadian driver's license is acceptable. He didn't make much effort to help and sent me to wait in line again at Customer Service counter, where the service rep was a lot more helpful and straighten out the issue by doing a simple check on the order comments.
