Car collection took a very long time, well over an hour. Luckily the Firenze staff member greeting us was extremely helpful. The car itself was not great - a button on the fob unlocks the boot and if you are not aware of this then the boot can fly open - happened to us on motorway and those following us were very lucky to avoid collision. Avoid Fiat Qubo!

They won't accept any documents other than an international driver's license, and they refused to rent the car on the spot.
Note: This review requires me to mention a specific car model, but I didn't actually get a car, so I had to select one. Once again, the car rental company refused to give me a car!
Took more than half an hour, and a long line formed behind. They went ahead and printed the contract, including a prepaid fuel tank, super cover, and all sorts of extras. Politely declined, but they wouldn't accept no. Finally, after some insistence, they still set the rental time according to the first contract.
The rental company didn't provide the automatic car I booked and made me wait for an hour and a half. In the end, they told me they couldn't provide the reserved vehicle and offered a manual car instead, along with a no-fuel-needed compensation. However, it disrupted my schedule.
