I really think Spaniards work too slowly! There was only one person in front of me, and it felt like they were just chatting away, taking their time. It's really frustrating! Additionally, I have a negative review for this branch. The staff member who attended to me kept trying to sell various additional services. First, they asked if I wanted to upgrade my car, I said no, then they asked if I wanted insurance, I said I had already bought it. Finally, they added a service where I didn't need to return the car with a full tank, but explained it poorly. They charged me, and when I asked if it was a pre-authorization, they didn't give a straight answer. When I reviewed the bill, something seemed off. I contacted customer service and found out about this added service. The problem is, the contract they gave me was in Spanish, and I couldn't understand it! They tried multiple ways to trick me, and eventually, I fell into the trap. Really frustrating! Future renters, be cautious!
