When picking up the car, they tried to give me a DS instead of the Audi Q5 I had booked. They only agreed to switch after we pointed out the location of the car I had reserved. The staff seemed to intentionally delay the process, their attitude was extremely poor, and the service was very unsatisfactory.
Too many unnecessary upsells for other vehicles. Booked the car so early but it's never available, always trying to upsell you on other cars, insurance, and additional services. In the future, better to automate it and avoid dealing with people.
They was pretty good. It was a long process for the check in and for the return it was a struggle cause they weren’t any space to return the car. But otherwise it was really good.
