Free shuttle advertised on the website should be removed, they charge a fee of $1.50 plus tax each way if I want to use the shuttle to and from the airport
1. waiting time at counter 40 minutes. much too long.
2. first vehicle handed to me had cruise control broken. I found out after 15 minutes in the car and returned the car. I was given angoss replacement car.
3. Staff at gate was rude.
Staff was very friendly but I was charged $111.00 fuel surcharge and now I'm waiting for a credit. Make sure you read your receipt before you leave counter. Just in case.
