The front desk service guy had a good attitude, but the return service was very bad. This company engages in commercial fraud. I warn future renters to confirm the final settlement currency, whether it's in USD or AUD. It’s best to record the entire rental process. This is a painful lesson learned from my experience. It’s better not to choose such a company.
The staff were friendly and the car was perfect. Staff provided me with all the information in the event of an emergency. This was not needed but nice to know they would provide roadside assistance in the event it was required.

The booking process was smooth and efficient. 6 hour cancellation was great for making any last minute changes. The only thing i would recommend would be the reward points process. I did not keep a copy of the invoice and am unable to collect the reward points without this.

Vehicle provided had a defective tyre. Arranged for a replacement vehicle for collection the next day. I would have thought matters like this (safety) would have been undertaken as a routine matter of course.
Counter staff at collection And drop off were helpful & happy. Car was fine. No up selling which is nice, all in all, I would use Apex has my preferred company to hire car from in future.
