The front desk service guy had a good attitude, but the return service was very bad. This company engages in commercial fraud. I warn future renters to confirm the final settlement currency, whether it's in USD or AUD. It’s best to record the entire rental process. This is a painful lesson learned from my experience. It’s better not to choose such a company.
A very pleasant car rental experience. The car was in good condition, the service was excellent, and there were no issues. Most importantly, the price was affordable.
When I came to have a flat tyre we changed it only to find that the spare was flat too. They obviously hadn't checked it. This was a problem for us as we couldn't get the car to the tyre place to sort the flat tyre
