Easy peasy

Car was a huge disappointment. Low windshield wiper fluid at pick up. Asked employee as I was checking out about low fluid, just shrugged her shoulders. Called customer service to complain about the car and low fluid. No help, stated would message rental desk at Dallas airport. Huge waste of my time. Will never rent a car from you again. Last experience was excellent. No customer service.

My car was not ready and I have to wait for a other car than I Rent Adventage give me a Spacecar Toyota Sienna but I have Rent a camry And they give me a car with à light swicht on « tyre Problem » when I ask Them if I can drive With this Problem they say The Wheel have Been repair We Start our Trip with a Big Noise Start Every Time I stop accelerate and during 1000 Miles After 500 Miles when I was in Montreal another Light swicht on : » Go to your Dealer «  and After 800 Miles « Not Enought oil in the moter » I phone to advantage when I was in Montreal but they just say that I have no inssurences for this Problem?! So very Bad trip and I want my Money back

I had still taken basic rental liability insurance as I was a bit forced to take it and I was not sure so too it , already had my own auto insurance

Like: folks at Easy Rent A Car are awesome. After waiting 1 hr in long line i decided to call in and talk to an agent. They assured me that the car was confirmed and reserved. Advantage had the best prices by a large margin, however when i got there was a long line and they sounded like they had no or little cars left. People started to reserve elsewhere and so the line thinned out and by time i was talking to easy car agent i was 5th in line so decided stick it out. the agent was really nice and sympathetic. I ended up getting a nissan versa which they said was a slight upgrade from the yaris or similar car. Returning the car was a snap - no issues.
Dislike: just the long line at advantage rent a car...

Like: The price
Dislike: The horrendous wait picking doing the paperwork before picking up my car. When there's 8 people waiting in line and each person in front of me is taking a minimum of 15 - 20 each to get their car assignment... I get a little "testy". The reason it takes so long is because your sales agents (that's right, "SALES AGENTS") are up-selling every costumer on insurance, upgrading cars, add ons... it's a bit ridiculous and takes a LOT of time. So, I wait and wait and wait while the agents explain everything to the people in front of me. I know you want to make more money but it's a REAL HASSLE for those of us who know we don't need or want anything extra. Find a way to service those of us who don't need or want extras without it costing us more money. Let us fill out the necessary paperwork BEFORE we arrive. Then we could go straight to the cars and go. I've rented a LOT of cars. I don't need or want insurance or ANYTHING. Just the car please. AND... stop making me wait in line for a half hour... and sometimes an hour just to talk to your counter agents.
