El servicio al cliente me pudo haber ayudado en el momento que tuve problemas y no fue así ! Lo hicieron después de 2 meses de la devolución del automóvil
Did not have the car I Booked offered a smaller car which would have been very inconvenience and would not fit my luggage and stroller we also asked if it would be available next day the gentleman said they can not guarantee that so we requested for refund but have not received it yet
Very happy with experience. waiting for shuttle outside was hot. Would have been nice to wait inside.
