Was not told I would need copy of my auto insurance declaration page in advance—I had only copied my proof of insurance card . They tried to charge me an extra $22/day for collision insurance that I had. Was able to get hold of my insurance magenta who told them I had collision coverage. But this took a lot of time. I will never use this company again.
Also has tank was only 1/2 full.

При получении автомобиля очень настаивали на оплате дополнительной страховки, сказали, что без неё не отдадут автомобиль, мы ее оплатили, но через 2 недели нам на карту пришёл возврат этой непредусмотренной суммы.

Shuttle driver told us they were out of cars, and a long line already waiting. Would be at least 1.5 hours before anything would be available. We had 2 small kids in need of a nap, and a short vacation where we didn't to lose an entire day waiting at the airport, so booked with another company and never got a car from them. Lesson learned - if it's too good of a deal, it probably is.
The car had obviously been in a front end accident. The front fascia was cracked, and there was damage on the rear fascia as well. The car had a horrible shake over 60mph, it was unsafe to go faster than 70mph. The tires were also bald and spun very easily despite the vehicle being a Toyota Yaris that had no real power.
Picking the car up took two hours from the time I walked into the office, not including the 30min wait for their shuttle. It was ridiculous and I was pretty upset after two and a half hours of jumping through hoops of them trying to upsell me everything and anything to be given a damaged vehicle.
Overall it was super cheap so I'm not really upset, but I wouldn't recommend renting a car through Easirent to the faint of heart.
