Due to a flight delay of three hours, my scheduled 12:45 AM flight arrived at Klia2 around 4 AM. After a 15-minute phone call, they contacted me and immediately picked me up to the company's location at Klia1.

Like: Pickup was fast and efficient. No long waits or etc. Everything has been pre-filled and basically had to just pick up the car. Dislike: The person there was English illiterate. So communication was a bit of a barrier. They really need to improve on that. Not everyone in this world speak or read Chinese.
