The car was in decent condition, but there was some trouble during pickup. The actual model did not match the description, so we had to pay extra to change the model.
We arrived at the store at the scheduled time, but there were no cars available. There was a lot of arguing, and eventually, a car was returned outside, and everyone scrambled for it. I've rented cars abroad many times, but this is the worst company I've encountered.
There were too few staff, and the queue time was excessively long. The order stated that there would be Chinese service, but there was only someone who spoke Cantonese with a cold attitude. I want to file a complaint against this rental company. I had reserved a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but all similar models available at the store were broken. In the end, they gave me a Jeep Compass without refunding the price difference.
I was given a bigger car than I booked for which was a good upgrade. Reasonable time to wait in pick up and drop off. Initially tried to charge me for an extra day because pick up time was incorrectly entered but quickly resolved.
