I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

These people care care less and very rood and they game different car and also accident car. It’s very awkward. Also he charged the toll charge per day 12$ even though use or not and he asked me admin fee 50 if till charges get failed. Also took a sign for ticket admin fee 100$ I felt very awkward situation. For pick up from airport waiting like 1 hr.

We booked a minivan but Routes did not have that available when we went to pick up our car. The best option they could give us was 5 seater SUV. Since we had already paid for car rental, we had no choice left. Poor service.

When we arrived, the time to collect the vehicle we had booked was over, so it was no longer available. For that reason we had to choose the only option that there was a Jeep.
