I booked for a ‘medium’ sized suv and budget told me that it’s class S which is small.. budget said they no longer keep Mitsubishi asx and our only choice was small Suzuki suv or Hyundai Kona!

Everything was perfect. The car was in great condition and ran very smoothly.

Due to Covid we had to cancel our first booking and then rebook with new dates. Everything went smoothly except we lost approximately $100 due to the currency exchange rate when we received our refund.

There were lots of customer waiting for the rental car in budget. The lady was doing great job by handling all the customer smoothly but to do it better may be other car rental should also be linked to help. Budget had nearly 7 to 8 vustomer waiting and near counter other car rental had 0.

Expected a Hyundai Accent equivalent but got Suzuki Swift hatchback which has smaller boot room. Nor enough for 2 medium luggages.

The car was great; no complaints aside from some leftover aged fries beneath the seat. Hidden charges both before and after the trip. Seeking refund took months. Don't forget to keep your receipts and/or take photos to dispute false charges.
