I requested a Japanese Toyota Kluger but was given a Korean Kia instead. The car is smaller and definitely not as good as the Toyota. Very disappointed!
The staff at the local branch had a fairly good attitude, and the car pickup and return process was quick and convenient. However, the car model we reserved was unavailable at first, and the staff didn't tell the truth. They offered us a free upgrade to an electric car instead, but since the local charging station infrastructure was inadequate, we refused. Only after persistent requests did they finally arrange a similar 5-seater compact SUV for us.
Smooth process overall. The rental price was very affordable, significantly lower than Ctrip. At the time, I was using a Fiesta at a friend's place, so I decided to book it.
