The store is not far from the airport, with shuttle service provided. The staff is very friendly, and the rental and return process is highly efficient. It was a great experience.
Very satisfied. Upon arrival at the airport, I called, and the lady quickly came to pick me up. During the car rental process, she only asked once if I had bought insurance. When I said yes, she didn't ask further. The car handover was quick, and they gave me a vehicle that had only been driven a little over 1,000 kilometers.

There was no counter staff seem to be a meet & greet service had to walk quiet a way to collect vehicle with young children ( not good )

The car return inspection was very frustrating. Instead of a pre-authorization, they directly charged 1150 euros at the time of pickup. When I picked up the car, if I hadn't actively asked for an inspection, the rental staff would have just let me drive it away. The car was very clean, and I only took photos of the visible scratches without looking too closely. Returning the car was a terrible experience—using a flashlight for inspection?! Why didn't they use a flashlight during the pickup inspection? And charging 1150 euros directly on the credit card instead of a pre-authorization? This was the first time I encountered such a situation.
No problems with SOLO, the car was scratched in quite a number of places so I was extra careful to take lots of photos, but collection and drop off was a breeze, the agent was pleasant and friendly despite being busy, and they were honest about no further damage when I returned the car. No hesitation in using them again.

I have always used car hire on airport, but got fed up with the lack of staff, the long queues and the time it took to serve each set of customers. This was SUCH a refreshing change …. I walked out of the airport, was picked up straight away, was the only person at the office and the car was waiting. On the return, I was the only person dropping off, I was greeted, got straight into the mini bus and a few minutes later was at departures. EXTREMELY impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to use SOLO again.

This one is amazing, all issues with the at outlines before hand by them not like others where you have to take your own pictures, no pushing for insurances on top you don’t need
