Although there was a small issue when picking up the car, it was smoothly resolved after conscientious and responsible communication with the platform's customer service. A thumbs-up to the customer service guy! The car was in great condition and very new.
Very good. I booked an automatic car, but they initially gave us a manual one. After providing feedback about the mistake, they quickly made the adjustment. The insurance purchased at the store was not expensive either. I booked a sedan but was given an SUV, and the traffic rules were also manageable.
We had to wait the entire afternoon to get the car! It wasted a whole precious day of our time. The staff had a bad attitude and tried to deceive us. We called the day before to confirm a car was available, but when we arrived, they said there were none! They forced us to take an old minibus, and the next day we had to go back to the airport to change the vehicle.
I booked a Mercedes C-Class, but initially got a CLA. They claimed it was the same class, but it was too small for four people and four pieces of luggage. Upon request, they switched it to a standard C-Class.
Had an excellent experience with Highland Car Rental. Bought full insurance at the store without any upselling. The staff was very considerate and even noticed it was my teammate's birthday. After picking up the car, we started an exhilarating journey. The mountain roads were quite manageable, though a bit narrow. The entire trip ended without any fines, which was very satisfying. Kudos!
