Travelling with 11 months baby, we booked a safety baby seat, but when we got the car no seat was in the car! And none was available , horrible how can we travel without the seat? And it's also mandory in many countries you can be arrested as your baby is not safe in car without safety seat.
Horrible experience we ended up running in mall before closing get one and back to airport to take the baby and mum.
Of course when I return the car I left it with the new safety baby chair.
Horrible experience
The staff member was a young man who was very patient and communicated in English reasonably well. The pickup location was on the fourth floor of a nearby parking lot, accessible by elevator. The actual parking spot for the vehicle wasn't the one initially indicated, but we eventually found the car by following the sound of the remote unlocking. The car provided was a Volkswagen T-Roc, and the trunk could fit two 24-inch suitcases and one 20-inch suitcase, which exceeded expectations. We did some prior research and purchased full insurance at the store, with a total payment of 515 euros (including a one-way drop-off fee of about 103 euros, an additional driver fee of 10 euros per day totaling 90 euros, and full insurance). Returning the car was quick as well; the staff confirmed no accidents or new damages during inspection, and a signature was all that was required. This highlights the benefit of having full insurance.

Car was full of small scratches and damages from previous rentals. Check in took long time in order to go throught all the scratches and damages listed on rental papers to be sure that all damages were captured, and two were not.
