The whole process was easy and the staff on the counter extremely helpful. A designated drop off point would be easier or at least inform people they can park in any available space when dropping off.

The car pick-up process was perfect... The staff at the store specifically explained some special traffic regulations to pay attention to... Also mentioned areas closed due to a half marathon and a music festival
