Europcar charged my credit card three times without my permission and only refunded after more than a month of repeated negotiations. The charges were explained with false reasons such as airport construction fees, late return fees, and car upgrade fees. After I provided evidence to dispute each charge, they had no choice but to refund the malicious charges. The communication process was very unpleasant, and the QEEQ representative was also very helpless. I have suggested to QEEQ to delist Europcar's models and recommend other travelers in Europe to avoid Europcar.
