I was hoping that by booking ahead the paperwork would not take as long as I always land in the middle of the night.

I have not received my deposit so I cannot comment on that aspect but its still early days. After some flaffling about they found my booking and received car faily quick. Because I arrived at 3am the directions to head to in terminal counter were incorrect as they are stationed in the early hours in car park area with other rental car firms inside Europcar office. All in all pleased with Interrent.

I waited for a very long time had whole family including young children. The staff were not too informed about the booking. Had better pick up experience from other rental companies in the past.
