Please contact the staff to pick you up to PARADISE - Penang Airport car rental when you arrived.

Call the staff upon touch down. After picking up the luggage, please proceed to the same floor Gate 6 and meet the staff. The opening hour is 9:00-18:00. If you plan to pick up the car out of hours, please set it up when placing an order. The price will include the out of hours pick up fee. If you need to delay picking up the car in case of an emergency, please contact the store staff in time. If the delay is later than 20:00, please communicate with the store staff to pick up the car at other time(will charge for service fee) or cancel the order. Like: Rental a car for travel in Penang with Proton Sega instead of Myvi but the experience was good as the car is brand new with low milieage and easy navigation of the interior.
Dislike: The car air-conditioner was actually switching between hot and cold starting from the second day with a mild musty smell occasionally BUT I must emphasize the overall air being blown out is still generally cold and had a good experience with the car.

The counter staff was very courteous, Mr. Michael took over from his colleague and engage with us. He also did explain the car condition at the pick-up point and the drop-off point when returning the car back. However, this Proton Saga Auto economic edition should equip with central locking for customer's safety and the tire pressure must be checked as well. The car dashboard also needs to be clean as it was dusty.

Pick up location was confirmed the day before but was changed 15mins before time. We had to divert our taxi, it was complicated as we did not know the area. The car was very scratched and appeared very old with 156,000 kms on the clock. It was heavy to drive and consumed far too much petrol for the kms we did. It sounded like the exhaust was needing a repair and the indicators for change of direction did not work properly all the time.
