You can walk to the counter of Ezi - Auckland International car rental.

Your pick up location is Auckland International Airport. Please make your way to our Ezi Car Rental counter which is located inside the Arrivals hall to collect your keys. Then exit via door 8 and follow the signs for the Rental Cars pick up zone, it is a 5–7-minute covered walk. When returning your vehicle, please park in the Rental Car zone, and return your car keys to the Ezi Car Rental counter inside the International terminal. If you are unable to locate our branch please phone 0800 545 000 for directions from our staff. If you are requiring vehicle collection outside of the operating hours, please ensure you discuss this with our helpful team when booking your vehicle so we can accomodate you.

Drop-off Instructions

Driving along George Bolt Memorial Drive, follow the sign that says ‘International Terminal‘ (this turns on to Tom Pearce Drive). Head along Tom Pearce Drive, then follow the sign that says ‘Long Term – Rentals’. Turn left into the ‘Rentals Drop-Off‘ area. Return your vehicle in a marked Ezi carpark and return the keys to the Ezi counter in the airport terminal Return the car after business hours - please return the key to the key box of the store and return to the airport by yourself.
