I couldn't reach the car rental company by phone. When I picked up the car at night, I didn't notice there were scratches on the body. When I returned the car, they said they would charge me for it. Also, the car I rented was different from the one I picked up. I felt cheated. Next time, I will make sure to clarify every term before renting.
