6.3 AverageAggressive, rude and condescending counter service from the female staff who "has been here for two years" - refused to provide clarity on the insurance that was supposed to be comprehensive or how we claim any charges in case of an event. While we purchased zero-excess insurance here, Europcar Tunis claims not to have comprehensive insurance and we had to figure out the difference through a lengthy phone call with Europcar and Easyrentcars. She only tried to explain once the agencies were on the phone.
