Overall, the car's performance was sufficient for basic use. The pick-up and drop-off processes were quick and smooth, without any waiting. With an international driver's license, the process is straightforward—they don't even try to upsell you insurance. I personally requested full coverage, and they directly waived the deposit. You just take the keys and can start driving. When returning the car, you only need to hand over the keys, and they will take you back to the airport.

For this booking, I was able to rent a car on the 15th using a translated license from QEEQ, but on the 21st, I was denied and told I needed an international driving permit. After the staff consulted the boss, the boss admitted they had made a mistake!!! Even if they made a mistake, why could I still use the same license to book a car through the platform, and why did the rental company confirm it? This is an issue with communication between the platform and the car rental company.
