Please check car before renting- 8.7 It was easy and got me a great price.It took them over 30 minutes to have our car ready for us while we stood at the counter and waited. It was pretty ridiculous. I think the counter next to us had five people go through In that time. The price they had in their computer was more than what was quoted by easy rent cars. But I showed them the invoice and they manually updated it with no problem.
9 They gave me the wrong carHertz didn't have a Dodge Challenger and none in the adrenaline collection when I arrived for pick up. They gave us a free upgrade to an Infiniti SUV, however, we only wanted an American muscle car. The supervisor told us that they would give us a call in the morning so that we could swop cars. No call was ever made and I had to call them personally to check and reserve the only adrenaline collection car, a Camaro SS. The car was clean internally and smelt new. It was a joy to drive, but barely had enough space for our luggage.- 9.4 Great experience!Like: We had never heard of easyrentcars.com. We will definitely use them again. All went smoothly and the folks at Hertz were quick to service and very friendly!!
