10 "Excellent"They gave me a three-month-old car, which absolutely amazed me considering the price. Initially, they tried to sell me insurance, but when I told them I had already bought it, they stopped talking about it. They even included the highway toll fee within the Czech Republic.

The rental price was very reasonable, and they even provided a highway vignette for Czech roads (you'll need to buy one separately if crossing into Austria or other countries). There was no pressure to purchase extra insurance or other hidden charges. The deposit of 25,000 Czech koruna was released on the afternoon of the return day.

I was lucky to get a Toyota hybrid vehicle this time, which saved me a lot on fuel costs. Returning the car was surprisingly easy; it only required entering the parking lot and using an automated camera to scan the car, and the return process was complete without any staff physically inspecting the car at pickup or return. About a week later, the full deposit was refunded—very trustworthy.

8.7 Satisfactory resolution to a renting issue with a car rental agencyThe experience with Rent Plus was less than satisfactory....they forced us to pay for the rental on pick up despite the fact that we provided a receipt showing payment made in full. They denied our pre-purchase of the full insurance option and were basically rude in our dealings with them.
