I already paid the car rental. And when I arrived still charge me 1440 baht for no reason.
And gas not even full fuel. And ask me return for full fuel. I will never book again
The staffs were very nice and have good service-minded. However, I think the company's policy needs some improvement such as terms & conditions and the insurance details should have been clear and available for customers to view on the website.

I have book for TOYOTA Fortuner ended up we reach chiang rai airport they pass us and Isuzu Car which they didnt let us know… car have reverse sensor, but it’s not working . Car player not really functioning. I do understand is a high season but they needs to let us know they dont have Toyota Fortuner and we can try find somewhere else.. not when we reach then we knows that we’re not getting the TOYOTA FORTUNER CAR .
The service is very professional, staff are warm and friendly. Car pickup is outside the airport, and they arrived quickly to pick us up after the phone call. Very polite.
1. The vehicle was old and had a faulty battery, making it impossible to start. The repair process took too long, leaving the family stranded outside. I had to arrange for the elderly and children to take a taxi back to the hotel while I waited at the location for approximately 3 hours. The issue was temporarily resolved late at night, allowing me to drive back to the hotel. 2. Thinking the problem was fixed, I planned the next day's trip, only to encounter the same issue of not being able to start the car again. The entire schedule was disrupted, and I had to wait for the rental company to send technicians to replace the battery before it was resolved. 3. The car company’s location, phone number, and the temporary contact provided by the platform were incorrect, making the return process extremely difficult. Communication issues forced me to seek assistance from multiple locals before resolving the matter, which caused further delays. The platform staff were proactive in addressing the issues, which I greatly appreciate. However, the rental company's staff showed no attitude or response regarding the inconvenience caused by the vehicle problems.
