I never thought the counter staff can’t speak English and didn’t mention me to buy a full coverage of insurance.
And the car checking process is so sloppy, they didn’t give me the checking car report receipt. I already drive many times in other country and no accident ever happened, so I trust it should be ok
But finally when I return car, their staff said there are 2 places have broken and need to charge me, luckily that I took a video when take car, one of place is already broken when car given to me, but another place I don’t think is my fault, but finally I still give them 5000 baht by cash . But I felt Thai rent a car is really a terrible company especially in Chiang Rai , plz clarify is it many same case happens in that company in Chiang Rai , and I thought it is the way for their staff or company to make money from customer
