Had problem with car battery and car would not start. Checked battery and water level very low. Topped up.with water and had someone jump start us. I called and advised this to Hertz and they said it should be OK now. After this we needed help to start car 3 more times as if ignition was left on for longer than 1 minute or interior light on car would not start even after a 3-4 hour drive.

There's no Thrifty counter at the airport, but Hertz counter arranged everything. They didn't have booking number in their record. We showed them the printed email, but it seemed like they couldn't find it in their system, so they kept calling us 3 times to send them the confirmation email.
