This should be considered one of the larger car rental companies in Thailand. I've seen their stores in many places. This car has great value for money, and the trunk is very spacious.

The person inspecting the car was very thorough. They proactively pointed out pre-existing damages and explained important operational details of the car. The reception staff, however, was indifferent and only focused on getting signatures and processing payments. The car was not at the store; after completing the paperwork, I had to wait for them to bring it.

After arriving in Chiang Mai in the morning, we went to find the store. The direct navigation on the rental car app was incorrect. We ended up spending 300 THB to find it and walked 1 km in the scorching heat. Make sure to look at the address on the order and don't rely on the navigation from the rental car app.
