The Hyundai H1 was in great condition. There were 6 of us, and we managed to fit 4 carry-on suitcases (20-inch) and 1 large suitcase (28-inch), which was very convenient. The only downside was the lack of a phone holder in the car, which was a bit inconvenient. Next time, I'll make sure to ask the staff or bring my own.

My friend and I are very satisfied. It provided great convenience for my trip to Thailand, allowing us to go wherever we wanted without feeling restricted in a foreign country. Overall great. When picking up the car, they specifically mentioned that the car didn't have a spare tire, and even if the tires leaked, I could call the company for assistance. Due to the high tourist season, cars were in short supply, and the vehicle they gave me was the older sedan version of the Toyota Yaris. It was quite dated, with numerous exterior scratches and dim, aged headlights that made nighttime driving a bit challenging. However, the interior was meticulously cleaned, and the overall driving experience was fine. The trunk's storage capacity was impressive—coming from the cold UK to Thailand meant we had much more luggage than usual: four large suitcases (two 26-inch, one 24-inch, one 20-inch) and several backpacks and handbags—all fit with ease. The 1.2L engine surprisingly provided a slight pushback sensation under full load at speeds below 80 km/h, offering adequate power. Fuel consumption was 2 liters more per 100 km compared to the newer Yaris Ativ I used in Bangkok, but considering the hilly terrain in southern Thailand, the higher consumption was acceptable. Overall, it was far more fuel-efficient than the large-engine SUVs I drive back home. Next time, I plan to rent a diesel Fortuner for fun.

We spent an hour dealing with insurance upsell due to language barriers and a faulty translator. Initially, they tried to sell me a super insurance package which I declined several times, but the representative kept insisting. I wasn't sure if I misunderstood, so I called Zuzuche's Chinese customer service from the airport. As I suspected, she was still trying to sell the insurance. After confirming with Zuzuche that I didn't need their insurance and that I already had the coverage I required, the issue was resolved. The staff who processed the contract and the two men during car pickup were very helpful. Later, I extended my rental by a few days due to a change in plans. Despite repeatedly confirming with them that the return time was 6 AM, the staff was 30 minutes late. This made me rush between the check-in counter and the car rental office, causing me a lot of stress about missing my flight. Although I was dissatisfied, I still tipped all three staff members.

The car rental service was really impressive. In Lanta, I accidentally damaged the car's undercarriage shield. It was around 9 PM and being on Lanta Island, there were no available ferries. The car rental company couldn't send a new car immediately. I had to leave for the pier at 5 AM the next day to catch a ferry to Krabi for my flight. I was really anxious that night. The car rental company made multiple calls to assist, and even though discussing car damage in English can be quite technical, they coordinated with the hotel through customer service. Ultimately, they advised me to leave the car on the island. They arranged for the hotel to take us to the pier the next morning, and after reaching Krabi, their car picked us up and took us to the airport. I covered the 800 Baht cost initially, which they reimbursed later. I really appreciate the company for allowing me to leave the car on the island and for resolving the problem, thus helping me out of a big dilemma.

While my booking was for a Nissan Almera (1500cc), I was given a Toyota Yaris (1200cc). The reason given to me was that the Nissan was not available. Other than that, experience with Keddy was good with smooth handing and taking over, and the car was ok to drive around Krabi - just need a little more pressure on the accelerator if you are overtaking.

クラビ空港国内線ターミナルに到着しました。会社カウンターは国際線ターミナルにあるので、待合ベンチでの係員対応でしたが、国内線ターミナルに車を回してあり、その場で手続き完了でした。10,000バーツのデポジットはクレジットカードで処理されます。その他は日本のレンタカーと全く同じ要領でスタートでした。 返却は国際線ターミナルの会社カウンターに一声かけて、傷とガソリンチェックの後、国内線ターミナルに送ってもらえます。

Had to call for pickup and the number given was wrong.( Gave me a bit of heart attack when they did not contact me near time). Staff later called and informed that they will be later for drop off 10mins. Overall satisfactory service.

Car is totally under power. Check engine indicator permanently came off and the car jerked most of the time while on the go, we made a complaint and wanted to change car but was declined(console by them saying everything is ok, will rescue when car breakdown...WTH). luckily it did not give us any problem at all. car seats have many stains maybe previous users went in wet and cushion left airdried - could have sent for cleaning beforehand. Person in charge are friendly.
