Dislike: There were a few things that I did not know when I rented the vehicle that I would need to show proof of, so making the customer aware of that would be appropriate

The counter staff are very friendly and helpful. The transactions went quick and smoothly. Shuttle van bring us to the location which is nice because outside the craziness of the ORD airport.

“We were not happy with the new procedure to get to the "bus" to take u s to new terminal. We called”

Got wrong information when called for assistance to get to shuttle. Very frustrated with with this experience & altitude of people answering phone. We walked b ack & forth 2 times carrying heavy luggage. O`hare us in transition. We should have been notified prior to day of pick up of changes & given direction.

“Saved a lot of money by going just a little out of the way”

Overall experience exceeded my expectations. Only issue was the ~40 minute wait for the shuttle bus from the car rental center at O’Hare. Returning the care was very quick and easy thanks to a guy not working behind the counter, otherwise I would have been waiting in line for probably 20-30 minutes.
