Quick pick up process the only thing is that the car was not washed had no car mats and had a few cosmetic details. Overall this time I’ll give it an 8.5.

Excellent and quick process.

All went well. However Avis, as with all car hire companies, needs to speed up the check in process. Their computer system is extremely slow. Ridiculous slow. There was only one serving and by the time we were served the queue had grown from 0 to more than 7 and getting larger. Car could have been cleaner.

All seamed to work as planned.

All in all a very good experience. Would book again, and would recommend.

Great car and very helpful staff. First time you go there not obvious where it is and how to leave US22 but once you know its okay, if not easy to find.

They charged for a full tank of gas and it was over half full. They also charged over $200 for a “service fee” on top of what we paid you.
