I booked a RAV4 but was given a Dodge compact SUV instead, which had inadequate space. We had three suitcases in total—after fitting two into the trunk, the third had to be placed in the back seat, leaving very little room for a passenger. It was extremely inconvenient. Additionally, the car's fuel tank wasn't full at pickup, which caused further hassle.

I was very disappointed I didn't get the vehicle (or equivalent that I booked). I booked a small fuel efficient car but was given a large car with poor fuel efficiency increasing the cost and environmental impact of my trip.
The initially provided car had too many miles, the engine made strange noises, and the windshield wipers didn’t work properly. Later, they replaced it with a newer car with 5700 miles.
The car model did not match the one in the description, and the tire tread was too shallow, making it prone to slipping. However, the car rental customer service was quite attentive. We initially wanted to switch cars, but later canceled because our schedule was packed and switching cars was very convenient.
The Chrysler Pacifica provided had already clocked 50,000 miles and was quite worn out with poor vehicle condition. Arrived early in the morning, counters on floors 1-3 were closed, had to go to the 4th floor and then return to the 3rd floor to pick up the car. However, the deposit refund was processed quickly.
The only issue was the slightly long queue during vehicle pickup. Returning the car was very convenient—just driving into the 'Return Area,' where friendly staff immediately assisted me. I almost forgot to leave the keys since I didn’t even have to turn off the engine.
