1) First car assigned was not clean and had feces in the back seat. I had to go in and have another car assigned. 2) When I dropped off car, it was clean, had a full tank of gas, and was on time. I was told I would get a receipt sent to me. Not only did I not get a receipt sent, but I was charged an additional US$80.01 without any explanation. I have now had to put the charge into dispute with my credit card company.

Like: We booked three 'Mustang or similar' and 'Chevrolet Tahoe or similar' so they gave us a Mustangs and Tahoe. That`s was exactly what we looking for.
Dislike: 1. The car has 40-50% of gas in tank. 2. The employee tried hard to sell additional insurance. It's annoying. 3. About 20 min was wait in a line plus about 40 min waiting for a car on parking lot.
